The chances are that the problem you are experiencing has been experienced by someone previously. Our goal is to ensure that all our users get the maximum possible use of our products.

If you are having problems installing or accessing any of our products please select the product in question (CD or Online) and determine whether your issue matches one of those listed.

If your technical problem matches any of those listed, please follow the instructions to rectify the situation.

Important note
A recent security update from Microsoft has affected the search functionality of our CD-Rom products.
If you see the following message

500 Internal Server Error
There was a problem writing the XML.
Unable to perform server-side XML transformation.
Unable to perform server-side XSL transformation.

please ensure that your machine has the latest service pack running (eg Windows XP should have Service Pack 3 installed) and then click here, to download a zip file containing the file "xslprocessor.dll"

Extract this file to the "bin" folder within the route of your installation (normally "C:\Program Files\*product name*\bin).

This should rectify the issue.
